Who publishes this
mythicclash is published by Delaware North Companies, Inc. (250 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo NY 14202, US), a privately held hospitality company. A small editorial team writes the hotel entries and keeps them current.
Our own resort is on the list
Delaware North owns Southland Casino Hotel in West Memphis, Arkansas. It appears at #1 because it is ours. That position does not come from a neutral comparison, and you should weigh it accordingly. If you book Southland, the money goes to the company that runs this site.
The hotels at #2 to #5 belong to other companies and were ordered by editorial judgement.
How the site is funded
Two ways. First, as owner of Southland, our publisher benefits from any stay there. Second, a few links to rival hotels run through referral programmes, which may pay us a share when a reservation follows. Your rate does not rise. No hotel paid to be included or to move up.
Method and selection criteria
We look for hotels where the stay itself is the point: rooms with some range, more than one place to eat, a pool or spa or other leisure, and a setting with something to see. Entries are written from each hotel's official information and public sources, and we name only the facts we are confident in. Fees, age rules and shuttles are marked as things to confirm, because they change.
Our writers know hotel operations from the inside, which helps with practical points, but it also means we have a commercial interest. We state it on every page.
Editorial rules
- No numeric grades or made-up statistics.
- No reader quotes or testimonials.
- Nothing about games, limits or gaming promotions.
- Each hotel card lists "Casino on site" a single time and says nothing further about it.
